What is Pre4closure?
Pre4closure is the period of time from when the mortgagee (lender)
first files civil suit against the mortgagor (borrower) to correct a
loan that is in default up until the day of the sheriff's sale.
How soon do you list the Pre4closure
data?
Pre4closure data is retrieved as soon as the first documents
are filed by the lender's attorney at the county seat. These filings
are often referred to as "Lis Pendens." The information
is researched by Pre4closure.com and is posted weekly
on the Pre4closure.com members site.
What data will I have access to
when I join?
Pre4closure.com provides you with valuable information
about properties that are in foreclosure including: plaintiffs and
addresses, defendants and addresses, attorney, docket number, date
filed, value added links to maps of the properties as well as comparable
sales when available and live links to docket notes in some counties.
